Had an appointment for a simple oil change - immediately upon driving out of parking lot had multiple warning signals show up for electrical issues. This is the second time in a row this has happened. The previous time was a different vehicle. Incredibly disappointing and we will not be going back.

In the past 6 months we have brought two different cars to this place for a simple oil change and as soon as we get the cars home all our warning dashboard lights come on. The first car it happened to we brought back to them and they had no explanation of what happened and did not fix the problem. Yesterday this happened again to our second car, and now we have to bring this one in to a dealership to try and figure out why all the warning lights are on. I called and left a message with the shop yesterday, and have yet to receive a response. We will never be bringing our cars to this place again.

They got me in next day for a tire repair. I was nervous going on my own as a 19 y/o young woman but the manager was there, provided excellent customer service and a breakdown of what they did and why, and what services my car could need in the future and why. He didn’t try to needlessly upsell me and even was able to put a patch on my tire to fix it instead of selling me a new tire when the old one was fixable. 10/10 recommend this store to everyone but especially women or non knowledgeable people in need of car services. Price was reasonable too, I expected an $150+ bill going in, but walked away just under $50 shorter.

Fantastic folks. I've been here a few times over the years for things like state inspection, oil changes, and a repair. I've always had fantastic interactions with everyone who works there. And the service to my car was always flawless. My first time here was by chance as my car at time wouldn't turn on, they where a short walk from where I was. And I asked for advise, they where so nice and helpful despite seeming very busy. With the advice I got, I did get my car running again long enough to drive it to them and they had it fixed a day or two later. Just great experiences all around!

This is a great car place! They give us an appointment right away when we need it, even on the weekends, they are friendly and educate us about what is needed and help us decide what to do, specific to the situation and our needs. For example, my car was slipping in the snow this winter, but I waited until the end of the winter to ask for snow tires, and felt silly about it. They recommended some really good all season tires that you don’t have to keep taking off and putting back on, and I didn’t slip anymore and had much better convenience and a better price than I would have had with snow tires. Then, a few months later, I got an email from the DMV that my inspection had already expired, and they gave me an appointment the same day. I had replaced only one car wiper when it had broken and then the other one was slightly broken when inspected. They replaced both of the wipers so I could pass inspection for more even wear, they but let me keep the other one as a spare! I’m so grateful that they are here to help, the location is very convenient, too, you can grocery shop while you wait. Once I was there and there was a lady who was so delighted that we were treated well, she had had
